How & when do I get paid?
Our sales are always completed on Saturday and by the following Wednesday we will have a general accounting of the gross sales and a cashiers check written for you and out in the mail.

How long is the entire process?
Once we begin work the entire process only takes 2.5 weeks. There are some sales that may require a custom tailored timeline, but we can confirm the timeline with you at our free in-home consultation.
What can I do to prepare?
First and foremost do not throw away or donate anything. It may surprise you what will sell. One other thing you can to do is identify what items you plan to keep and what items you plan to include in the estate sale. Don’t let these details stop you from booking your free in-home consultation. We are willing to help you walk through this process.
Will you presale any of my items?
Our standard practice is not to presale any items before we open to the public. We believe a sale that is not deprived of its primary attracting items will draw a better crowd and more interest resulting in a more successful sale.
What do you do about security?
We take every reasonable measure to protect your valuables, including but not limited to:
Limited number people in the home at one time.
Use of display cases with a stationed team member.
When appropriate, a professional overnight security team.
Controlled entry and exit during the sale.
