In the world of the great do it yourself’er this is not the area you want to do it yourself. Doing it yourself is only fun and inexpensive until it is not. As a company we offer many things that the average DIY’er cannot do.
Hosting an estate sale is a large undertaking. When trying to do you own estate sale there are a lot of hurdles to overcome, come of those include: where do you find the buyers, how and where should I advertise, how should I price my items, what will I do with any items that do not sell, and so much more.
We have a large following of buyers and have preparing and hosting a professional estate sale down to an art form. We have an incredibly experienced team that knows how to stage the contents of a home for sale that will show off your items for sale very well. We have a deep knowledge base of items of value and how they are currently selling and at what price point and also have resources for licensed appraisers if needed to asses any unusual items of particular value.
